We collect the details you send through our contact and quote-request form: your name, email address, phone number (optional), the details of the trip you have in mind (such as party type, preferred dates and group size) and anything you write in the free-text message. We also collect limited technical information automatically, through Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymisation enabled and standard server access logs that keep the site running securely.

We use this information to reply to your enquiry, to prepare and send you a written quote, to arrange and deliver the travel services you book, to keep the records the law requires of us, and to measure and improve how the website performs.

Our legal grounds for processing are the performance of a contract with you or the steps you ask us to take before entering one; your consent, which covers your enquiry and any optional analytics cookies; and our legitimate interest in running and improving our business. Our handling of personal data follows Andorran data-protection law (the Llei qualificada de protecció de dades personals, overseen by the Agència Andorrana de Protecció de Dades, the APDA) and, for visitors in the EU and EEA, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

We share personal data only where it is needed to plan and deliver your trip. This means passing relevant details to the travel suppliers who fulfil your booking, such as hotels, ski schools, transfer and coach operators and insurers, and to the service providers that process data on our behalf, such as Google for analytics and our form and email delivery provider. We never sell your personal data. Where information is transferred outside your country, we do so only with appropriate safeguards in place.

We keep your personal data only for as long as we need it to handle your enquiry or booking and to meet our legal and accounting obligations. After that, we delete it or anonymise it so it can no longer be linked to you.

You have the right to access your personal data and to ask us to correct, erase, restrict or transfer it, and to object to certain processing. If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you can lodge a complaint with the APDA in Andorra or, if you are in the EU or EEA, with your local data-protection authority.
